Best way to send program changes from FL Studio?

I recently decided to go with Ableton Live for live use. But after a while I tried to do the same stuff in FL Studio, and to my surprise it did worked as well for my needs. I am more used to Fl Studios workflow, and the overview I get on my projects is superior. All is working as I want it. Except for one thing. Program changes...
I use windows 10, Fl Studio 12, Launchpad S and a Electribe Sampler 2.
My problem is this: I want to send program changes to my Electribe using the Launchpad S to trigger them (like in Ableton). I need program changes to change the patterns on the Electribe. This worked like a charm in Ableton, and should hopefully work in FL as well.
Progress so far: I have managed to use the MIDI Out plugin in FL to change patterns on the Electribe. But only by using my mouse... Which is not optimal at all for live use..
I want to find a way to send the program changes from the pads on my Launchpad...
Can anyone help me with this?!
