Pad controller for my PA3X - HELP!

Hi guys/gals
Can you please help me?
I have a project coming up where ideally I need a MIDI pad-controller device (PC not acceptable) like the Korg NanoPad-2 that has regular MIDI out port and on which I can configure up to 4-note chords per pad.
Korg NanoPad-2 (which I own) would be perfect but it has no MIDI ports, just USB.
(Is there a USB-MIDI adapter (cable/box)?
I found this but expensive:-

I think that the Korg Taktile will do it but it's a huge overkill.
Any thoughts/ideas greatly appreciated
Pete

Pete.
I'd steer clear of the arturia .
I've had a keylab for 12 months and it never works consistently. It seems to be their programs.

Hi Rick - I looked at that but I didn't think you could assign more than one note per pad - can you confirm please?
My NanoPad2 will send up to 4 MIDI notes per pad (hence nice little chord!!)
That's what I need.
Thanks
Pete
