Its the background synth bass arpeggiation part.I wish Jeff Lynne would of had it higher in the mix........

I am sorry but hearing exactly this sound in such a full mix is really hard...

If I could hear correctly, I could have sampled my Minimoog for your Kronos, but it will be difficult with this video.
