Multi-point (multi stage) LFO envelope possible?

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a new workstation and I'm considering either a Korg Krome or another brand in the same price range.

However, I can't find any info about if it is possible to create a multi-point envelope for a single sound?

I need that because I'm doing such music.

Maybe the only way is to record/create a midi track with all CC movements and then transfer it to phrase or arpeggio sequence?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

I am a classically trained pianist, with very little--but ever-growing--knowledge of the digital sphere. However, I can tell you that the Krome is everything I could ever want from a workstation; and, after 18 months, it hasn't yet ceased to surprise me.

It is quite material to mention, albeit, that such praise is owed to the 88-key model. Although it is not the only wighted option, I have heard terrible things about the action and mechanics of the non-weighted models. But the action on mine is a thin second to the comparable Roland (and much less expensive, too.)

For each program, as well as for each and EVERY of the the 16 tracks available in combination or sequencer mode, there are two envelopes, with decent variety, through which one can route a selected patch, interchangeably(route one through the other, vice vera), in addition to an overall effect/filter through which the combined envelopes sound on the whole.

E.g...

I have a gliding square wave synth that is primarily effected through a mild Wah vox, which is then routed through a stage reverb, and the final effect of the two is directed through a vintage tube-amp style effect. Not to mention, each of these effects has countless options for master adjustments.

Honestly, I present this with a minute surety that we are even talking about the same thing. If, in fact, you are referring to something completely different, please allow me some better information on the subject.

Best of luck on your search...
Cheers!

Thanks for your answer mattada :)

What I'm looking for is the ability to create this:

Such multi point envelope is supported by some VSTs and by one workstation model from another brand, although a bit limited. I guess it is maybe necessary to first draw desired slopes in a sequencer editor and then copy them to a part or arpeggio...

The Krome's envelopes are not that complex. Maybe you could sequence it.
