Korg Kronos librarian software

Post by chris »

Is there any software that allows to copy a part of a Kronos pcg file to add it to a part of another existing pcg file the way the Triton librarian did for Korg Triton?

I've tried pcg tools but copy paste between two pcg files doesn't work saying that the files were created on different OS versions although this is not the case.

Thanks in advance for your help.

To do this, do the following:
- Load each PCG file in your Kronos
- Save them as PCG file (the Kronos will automatically convert it to the same OS as the Kronos, probably the latest).
- Than you can load both PCG files in your Kronos, and copy between them.

The reason is that PCG Tools cannot copy/paste from PCG files with different OS versions, but the Kronos can do this.

To save time, you also can load both files in PCG Tools, check which is older than your Kronos OS and only convert those.

The conversions only need to be done once.
