uneven notes

uneven notes
I have a Kronos I 61. I've noticed that a few of my keys in the German grand are uneven sounding. F#3 and F#4 sound different. When I mean different I mean they have less body then the notes around them. The bottom seems to drop out. The fullness. Any one else seem to experience that ?
