..should i 'UPGRADE' ?

..I'm a PA900 user... in my opinion I prefer it way better than my Tyros 4... sounds more 'alive' and real to me..especially when gigging...
Would I get any benefit from 'upgrading' to one of the many PA3x's out there due to those that have P/exed for the the PA4x.....

I'm not into midi'ing or synth effects...just get a style..modify it to my taste and then play.... simple as that...

Your opinions would be welcome...

It's possible the thumbdrive is formatted wrong or you are trying to use usb3.Korg doesn't like that. There are many styles on create song styles site
so go have a look.
I sometimes use styles to do a song but mostly I just turn midis(good ones)
into audio. I never understand why people turn their noses up and say "you should use styles"
The pa3x is perfect for doing all these and more.

Al You might be misunderstanding the way the files system works. The zip files should contain a favorites folder which has PCM,Pad,sound, style.
These are the ones on this site and CSS site. Open the style, you will get favoite. Open favorite and the 4 styles will appear.Touch any one and load.
Press select to put the style where you want(rename is also available)
Pess favorite user on the board under style select. The style should be where you put it. Select style and play.
If this is of any help then good.
I think this is what you are asking for.

PS the pearl drums are also worth saving.

Midi to Bluetooth feature

As a Pa3x owner, I love it. Now with the Pa4x out, buy it! Although, I was kind of disappointed in the screen. I use my Ipad for my songbook, no problem with connection. But you need the midi to Bluetooth adapter. Only thing this uses up your midi ports for this purpose only. PA1X had two sets of Midi in/out.
Why not Korg do away with the screen and have Bluetooth connection to Ipad or PC pad? If you want a larger screen get the ipad pro and read in almost page size. I think Roland is doing some Bluetooth stuff on there pianos????

Does anyone know if Korg has some units that have bluetooth feature?????

Cheers!
