Hi all,
I've had Kronos for quite a while, and drum section is probably something I explored the least, so will appreciate a hint.
I am looking for a flamenco rhythm drum pattern, something in 12, but 3 would do.
It does not need to be complex, eg plain claps in 3 with accent on 1.
I could not find anything like that in drum patterns (most of them are in 4 anyway).
I looked at Karma drum patterns, but did not find anything yet. Also changing Karma time signatures did not get me anywhere yet.
Can I program Karma pattern to have the claps in pattern like I described above, without external Karma software?
Or what can I tweak to get rhythms in 3?
Any hints appreciated! Thanks,
R

But your best bet, for something simple like this, is to learn how to make a Drum Track pattern. You record a short segment of the beat in the sequencer, whatever time signature you want, and then turn it into a Drum Track pattern. I can't detail all of the steps involved in that, but there were some tutorials here on how to do that.

if you are willing to do some work,
as stephen suggested, you can find midi drum clips online(commercial or royalty free) and then import that into kronos sequencer track and convert to a drum track.
Hint: A lot of Arranger files (yamaha style format) can be opened in midi editor/daw and midi data used. You might even be able to just rename some of those to midi and directly import in kronos. (I have myself done that in past, but for blues styles)
