Unable to move levers or nobs on touchscreen

I'm unable to move levers or turn nobs on touchscreen, though I'm able to adjust them manually on the keyboard.
Do I need to enable this functionality somewhere, like in global settings?

Hi. What OS do you have? I believe this is only available in the latest OS?

I confirm it is only available on OS 3.0.4
