My Pa4X indicates the OS version installed from the factory is OS 1.1.2..

In preparation to upgrade to OS 1.2, do I need to first download any other OS upgrade like 1.1.3, OR does the 1.2 OS download include what is necessary to automatically "catch up" what was missed in OS 1.1.3?

No you do not have to worry about incremental updates of the OS and can go straight to 1.2.0. The Main Proviso being that you follow the update instructions that come with the update to ensure you encounter some of the issues somefolks seem to have had.
