EXM1: Pad n° 7 died

Anyone know how to fix it?
I repaired all buttons with caikote 44 (graphite paint) and all of them work perfectly. Button n°7 of the emx keyboard suddenly got stuck and then never again worked. I tried painting it again, but nothing happens.
Any help?
