problems after update(maybe) and KaPro library

Hello everyone,
to the point:
I updated K. to 3.1.0. and installed KaPro Ex19 private collection.
After that samples not loaded on some programs(not from collection - for example 000:german D piano) and when i browsed programs of Ex19 Kapro, some of them doesn´t sound correctly. On the top of the sound plays piano with karma switched on. Karma is switched off but it sounds like that.
Any ideas ?

Tail gating on your question. I noticed that when we upgraded last time to 3.0.4 we could no longer access the Karn Evil 9 (Intro in Brain Salad Surgery) sample. No longer find it in any of the banks.

I've been seeing this week that folks might be experience similar things with 3.10.

We're curious if there is a way to just get that sample back. Its really easy to do on Kurzweil keyboards, just not sure about K2's

Hi Mani:

On the drop down menu for the patches that aren't showing the sample, there is a load necessary samples or required samples...something like that.
Also when loading the full set, use append when it asks.
That's always worked for me. They're there. Just have to find em
