Greetings to everyone!
New user from Bulgaria here. I got the first Kronos from Ebay but having a strange problem. No sound from the analog outputs. There is sound however coming out from the headphones jack.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated!
Regards,
Emil

All analog outputs? Just the main mix out?
Something you could try is resetting the global settings by loading the PRELOAD.PCG and other PRELOAD files which will restore the factory settings and re-write all factory sounds to their appropriate location. This will not clear out sounds in non-factory locations, but it will move the primary sounds around so be sure to back things up first before you make big changes.
You can reload the factory preload by going to DISK mode (Press the button) and then tap the "Load" tab on the bottom, then select the PRELOAD folder which should be on the main hard drive, and select 3 of the files to load: Preload.pcg, Preload.ksc and Preload.kge (I think it's kge) - Don't bother loading the Preload_userbank.ksc (It's referenced by the preload.ksc file) or selecting the Preload folder (It contains samples and is referenced by the preload.ksc file)
Anyway, give that a try - I can't think of a setting that would prevent audio coming out of the mains, unless someone messed with the mix bus outputs somehow before sending it to you. The preload file loading should correct it if it's a setting and not a hardware issue.

Re: No sound from the outputs!
Which is "analog outputs"?
If that's Individual Output1-4, setting is necessary.

I beg for your mercy. I have put the cables in Output 1 & 2, not in L mono and R mono... Just didn't see these...
I am not quite familiar why I am not able to get the sound out from these numered audio outs, but it worked when I finally saw the L/R mono...
Sorry again, coming from a Motif Xs, havent seen that many outputs before.
Cheers
