Derived from Werso Sonic OAX organs, this is a 76 key version with full VST support...

Check out the first live video of the Wersi OAX1.

You can have 16 VST's embedded in each performance...

...and that's the best demo they could come up with? Whew...

(After thinking about it, this video is obviously aimed at Wersi's typical organ customer, I guess: a non-professional home musician who just wants his playing to sound better...how home organists are going to deal with computers and VST, that's another question for Wersi to consider...)

According to a press release, it was unveiled on 1/10/2016. Considering it's been over three months, there are surprisingly few YT videos of it in action from Wersi i.e. just the one. Nothing from users, either. Maybe the pre-orders are only just starting to ship.

They domt realise how much other musicians could be interested with a few changes to the interface.. and content aimed at musicians under the age of 70..

They have a technical advancement based on more then a decade of experience..

WELL, This is OLD for me, The first unit whit VST support was the liontracks!
Now i,m wondering Wersi is Windows based,
BUY a PC/MAC and use DAW and a Midi Keyboard=800 Euros, WERSI = EXPENSIVE SOLLUTION!

This is sad and pathetic.

I admire what they are doing here in regards to the OS and VST support, but the “Cheesy Organ” look and design to all this is horrendous. I wouldn't buy one based on visual looks alone.

Sharp.

Gentlemen and ladies, I would normally not join in criticizing someone's
efforts because they are trying to improve their product in order to compete...which is one of the positive characteristics of a modern civil society but....this unit(as well as that potential price tag) is sort of like being so late to the dance that even the musicians have already gone home.

What if Wurlitzer, Thomas.... :) :) :)

Obviously they're not even trying to compete with anyone at all! Maybe they already have a small market for their products. They score a few home musicians and that's about it.

Again, Wersi's target market has always been wealthy home hobbyist musicians (but I sure wish I had bought some of their rotary speaker components to build my own Leslie about 20 years ago!)...

This is probably right on the mark...

They are not competing with everyone, they try to sell to their own loyal customer base now for over 50 years...

Wersi was a pioneer in the home organ market with considerable success in europe...

The one playing this keyboard seems to be the Wersi representative in europe...

Actually the sound performance is straight AAA's but the internal sounds are solely based on their own target audience.......... If thye would only realise that adding some modern elements could have made them a market leader...

Because they where actually allready selling a VST based instrument in 2003 (even before liosntracs) .. yet they have failed to inspire anyone...
