BEHRINGER LINE 2 USB WITH KRONOS

Does anyone know if a BEHRINGER USB LINE 2 audio cable will work with KRONOS?
I want to run another synth audio to the USB input on KRONOS.
The BEHRINGER cable has two 2X1/4 TS MALE PLUGS to hook up to my other synth, and the other end of the cable is the type of USB A out that KRONOS takes.
Behringer sais the cable needs no drivers and works with most PCs MACS, and LINUX 32 bit operating systems.
The cable is also capable of 48Khz audio.
Does anyone know if this cable will send audio from external synth to KRONOS via USB?
