Korg Kronos midi connected to a Triton Taktile: CCs question

Hello,
my kronos is connected via a midi cable to my korg Triton Taktile and I
am searching for the CCs I can send to the Kronos in order to drive
the Kronos control surface I just affected to synths functions by the P0/Play
way.
In fact: Is it possible to drive my synths like the Al1 via CCs send by my Korg Triton Taktile control surface ?
