How to switch the playing Sequencer channel with MIDI?

Good day! Using an external MIDI foot controller, it is well documented how to change from one program to another. My challenge is when I am in Sequencer mode, I want to switch the channel that is playing through my KROSS, say, between piano patch on MIDI channel 1 (track 1) and violins patch on MIDI channel 2 (track 2). What MIDI message would allow to perform this?
(Manually, this is done using the navigation arrows right and left to move between tracks within a song.)

I am equipped to be able to send MIDI messages to my Kross, but I cannot figure out a message which would do this track switching function. I just went through system exclusive messages and I am not able to identify if one would allow to do this (I'm relatively new to MIDI). I think I can see how to "start sequencer" with system exclusive message. Would you be able to help me further with identifying the message for switching track? Thank you so much!
