KSC load issue

Hi, I got this strange problem.
Sampled each step of a VST patch with SampleRobot, then exported for Korg Kronos. Loaded on the board, and checking on the Kronos keyboard it seems that some of the keys are not using their own samples, but transposed from previous keys... they sound more “closed” in a way. Is there something that Im missing. I checked the note played by the VST with the corresponding velocity on my computer and it shouldn’t sound like this. Maybe some of the settings on the multisample page on the Kronos is not OK?
