Charlie wrote:Peter, I've discovered the "extra-banks" in your Blogasys sound-collection for this forum (as I don't audit the sounds out of the program-folder I overlooked an entire bank ). There are EXCELLENT sounds in it! And I finally found "my" - that is "your" - solo sound. 8) And I like this irandom sounds.
Hi Charlie,

thanks for the "excellent" and yes, there is my irandom solo sound :-) wich is now yours :-). Do you remember when we were working on the track and I was asking you about the sounds I made available for download? I was surprised that you did not get it. But now I understand.

There are some own sounds in USER-A, which is my HD-1 bank and I guess it is USER-F which is more or less full of different EXi sounds, some factory but most of them are my sounds. It was not well organised as at the beginning of the bank there are the "finished" versions and some at the end, and in the middle this is my working place. But I am glad that you now found them.

Furthermore I am not sure whether I have add some Combis there as well which are then found in COMBI USER-A. Meanwhile I have some more, the one with the GS-1 / MOD-7, two TX-816 sounds and some other Combis I meanwhile used in tracks. The Gabriel/Collins Pad should be in there... let's see, maybe I will make the complete file available again some day.

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

I guess the following link is the one Charlie ment:

... interestingly is the person who inspired me to that "give a way". It could be that you know him

Thanks too for mentioning the need for program editing in multimode. I am somewhat surprised we didn't see that already. Not finding this available in the Oasys is like buying a professional DSLR, like a Nikon D3x, and finding it can only shoot in Auto Mode ;-) Fail.

Daz.
Hi Daz,

thanks! ... and yes, program editing in multimode would be great. Isn't this already in our wishlist? Just one thing.... I would prefer the CANON EOS5D Mark II

Thanks Daz! :D

Yes that is my nr.1 wish too. Lets hope the next update brings it.

Oh yes the 5D Mark II! :D I have had my trusty old 10D from the 2003, perhaps now there would be enough incentive to upgrade.

With the introduction of the new D3X and its $8k price tag, a line is clearly being drawn in the sand. I’m amazed at some of the online comments out there, so much negativity, even anger, over the perceived high price.
Reminds me of when the Oasys was released :-)
