It has no real interest to know why the file you put in your software is merged in one track. The important thing is that you can explode the pattern opened in cubasis to create 16 tracks. I know how to do that in cubase VST, but not in cubasis.

I've a french version of vst32.
import the midifile
select the pattern.
set the locators to the beginning and the end of the pattern.
in the third menu ("structure" in french) choose the third line ("éclater par canal" in french) which means "explode by channel".
It's done.

It is working! and I can fix all the song-midi that I made with styles from TECHNICS and ROLAND.

In my version -"explode by channel" is there, but in another line.
