Why?

The time I was buying my Extreme, I placed an order also in an E-store in the Netherlands. Actually I thought it was just a request of availability and not a full order . They had my VISA details, since I was already a costumer and before 3 days I received my 2nd Extreme!!!

I called the e-store first to ask them, why they send me the synth? And they replayed that the already charged my VISA-card and that it was an order (from their point of view)!!!
Then I called the Bank, and they confirmed that!!!

Result? 2 Triton Extreme and no change to send back the synth and to get back the charge of my VISA ...

georgenik, Visa has said they will back their customers in case of fraud or mistake. This was definitely a store mistake and not your fault! If you're selling it that's fine... I'm not trying to get involved. I just want you to know that you can initiate an immediate debit to their account followed by an investigation (free to you), in which you would probably win. It's not like they're trying to scam you after all, they just made a mistake. If the merch is still unopened, they would probably take it back without a hassle... just the possibility of a charge back would likely motivate them to take it back. I would be polite but assertive.


Just a thought.

Wow that's a pretty crazy story. You can rest assure that if someone was showing up at my door with a new TE, they would be on there way back WITH the unit.

Hmm and it came with MOSS?

It came with Moss (as I ask them how much it will cost with a MossBoard pre-installed)! The case and the extra memory got them a week ago for my first Extreme and probably I will not need it!

I spend for this 2nd model 1763 Euros (including seeping). Besides the factory sounds NO OTHER sounds are loaded.

Almost a month ago started this story, when I first saw their advertisement in Internet (Nedim knows about all this).

I called them and ask them how much will cost and if I can also have the MossBoard installed. They told me, I have to wait since it is/was very difficult to purchase the board!
Then I lost their sings... Until Thursday! When the delivery-boy appeared... The rest of the story is posted on the beginning

The synth now relaxes in my room waiting for an offer!

I'm sorry to say, and I hope I am wrong but unless you have that kind of money laying around and want to take a hit as a private party sale then I believe this guy isn't being 100% forthcoming. Banks love to dispute charges, and in this case it is an easy fix. He also indirectly avoided the other comments. Buyer Beware.

I can only guess that this is a try of promoting other offers from other members? Why the h@ the true story isn't good enough for you and will be enough: I don't need any more the synth I got before 2 months! Posted every week here!

After I talk with people that know better than I do, the Extreme is still available the memory is still the same, 96 MB, the price is lower, which means 1600 euros but I will NOT sell the MOSS board. ONLY the Extreme 61 Keys with 96MB for 1600 euros (negotiable).

I hope that from now-on I will receive only offers and any kind of clarification-questions.
