Which Power supply for the Oasys

Should I get a voltage stabilizer such as the Monster AVS 2000 or will a surge protector be sufficient to protect the Oasys? Korg reps feel free to chime in.

It's important to at least have a surge protector of some sort, but just remember that the average multistrip will not stop or protect against lightning strikes. Best to unplug if you live on top of Bald Mountain or castle Frankenstein  during a lightening storm.

If you live in the USA, most of the time in most of the urban settings, power fluctuations are strictly regulated not only by each utility but also by the strength of the grid. If you live in Key West, or in the mountains (where I do) good luck.

Beyond basic surge protection (that actually works) it is really up to the individual to decide what level of protection they desire. Normal voltage & frequency transients do not harm the circuits. Abnormal transients will not usually harm the circuits unless there is a large over voltage condition.
