I have this set that im trying to get a few drum kits and styles from, the problem is that whenever i try to load a drumkit from the set on its own the pa800 just freezes. If i load the complete set it's fine :S Anybody know why this happens or how to fix it ?

Maybe you are loading data from a .SET made with Pa1X before OS 3.0x. The format has changed, and may cause problems when loaded on Pa800.

Freezing, however, should not happen. To see if this is the cause of the problem, please follow these instructions:

1. Load a .SET folder containing User Sounds created with Pa1X OS version from 2.0 to 3.0. Do not load single Sounds or banks of Sounds.
2. Press SOUND to go to the Sound mode.
Select the first of the User Sounds making use of User Samples.
3. From the page menu, choose the Write Sound command.
When the Write Sound dialog box appears, do not make any change. Press OK to save the Sound to the original location.
4. Repeat the above procedure with all the subsequent User Sounds in memory (assuming they are making use of User Samples).
5. Save all data in the original .SET folder.
