OASYS installer 1.3.1a now available

Hi all,

OASYS installer 1.3.1a is now available on the OASYS site:

https://www.korguser.net/oasys/

This minor revision adds the ability to install 1.3.1 over versions 1.1 and 1.1.1. Otherwise, it is completely identical to 1.3.1. If you've already successfully installed 1.3.1, you don't need to download this version.
