Welp there goes the Oasys

:x When the Oasys loads it stops and won't load. I don't know what to do. How do you go about sending it off for service?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having difficulties.
Before sending it in for service, try calling your Korg distributor's product support, and talking with them in real-time. They may well be able to help. See the link in my signature for contact information.

They are going to send me the os 1.23 disk set. They said That should take care of the problem. Thanks Dan. I can't wait for the disks to arrive. He took my info on Tuesday. Do you think that I'll have it by Friday.

:( What can I say, I have the exact same problem going on that "Robert Platinum" had... I recieved my 1.2.3 OS disks, downloaded my re-authorize disk via korguser.net, I loaded that into the oasys and it said the machine was ready and thank you for completing the registration process... Last I began loading disks 1-4...everytime I get to disk 4 it says "failure to boot record" ... It also says HINT: disconnect all USB devices... I have nothing connected to the oasys...I've tried restoring the OS close to 30 times with no luck!! What in the heck is going on??? Someone please help...its Saturday which translates to no tech support...Please!!!
