The reason why I asked is because the guy in new york said he had to call the techs in california. The only numbers on your profile are for New York.

All tech support for the USA is at Korg USA, in New York. They are the people to talk to.

By "techs in California" I assume the support person meant our R&D group (though I don't know why he'd need to talk with us). Although Brandon and I often respond to questions here on the web, our group does development only; we do not have any tech support personnel.
