PA1X vs. PA80 speakers and styles and sounds..

I have a PA80. I like everything, but the speakers are 22 watts a side. That's not bad in small places. I like the 33 watts a side on the PA1X.

How do the styles and the sounds compare/ transfer when going from the PA80 to the PA1X?

I have outboard speakers too but I don't want the PA1X pro and the PA800 puts me back in 22 watt speakers. These speakers are good monitors also when you are using outboard speakers anyway.

One problem I have with PA80 is that when I have the volume up on the audio ins and the gains up, sometimes the amps quit and the speakers go silent. So I have to boot up again.

Ok thanks for any replies.
If you want to sell your PA1X (with speakers) let me know.
I will only do a secure transaction though. I'm not going to send money and cross my fingers and hope the seller will send the gear.
thanks for understanding.

hello paulmpianist,

the problem u may having with korg is that the outputs on the korg pa series unfortunately aren't as strong as we hope they would, so what you have to do is assign the bass and the drums to outputs 1&2, this will give you a much better mix and better power management. :D
