i just ordered a extreme and it arrived to me with a cracked bottom left corner.

its so bad that i cant even plug in any headphones,be cos the plastic casing is sorta twisted and blocking the "entrance" to the headphone hole.

can any kind soul advise where can i find any parts for this.?

it seems to be a detachable piece of the keyboard( i mean the whole plastic left side of the extreme)

i tried korg parts..they dont have it...can i email korg USA.?

Is the keyboard brand new? Send it to the shop where you bought it if it is and get them to sort it out.

If its a used one, did you buy it not knowing that it was damaged? If so contact the seller and try to get a refund.

Or just contact Korg spares in the region you are in and get them to ship you new parts or send it to them to be fixed.

Alas, as it is cosmetic, it will not be covered under warranty (though I'm sure they'll make it right somehow).

My right side end cap was cracked a long time ago, and further cracked after a gig recently. New end cap should be ordered by wednesday for $16.00 I believe.

The rear left corner on mine is cracked. I bought it used and I believe it occurred during shipping. Fortunately, it didn't affect anything. It's just a bit of plastic that was damaged, so I don't really care. I was surprised to see the sides of the Triton Extreme built in such a fragile manner. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose other than being bumpers. They also make it just a little too big to fit in my 61-key case.

I have an 01/W also and it feels like it is of much sturdier construction. I've gigged with that thing for years and the only damage has been a few scratches on the paint.

Anyways, I don't mind too much as long as it works, but I'd be interested in hearing about fixing it up if possible.
