Hi all. As a teen in the 1980's i marvelled at the wonderfull analogue and digital bleeps that reached my eardrums through radio and tv.

Still, i bought my first real synth back in 1992. Although back then, i much more preferred the sounds of the korg M1 and around that time the Korg Wavestation and Korg 01/w. My budget was rather low. I had plenty of fun twiddling the knobs and sliders but a little over a year ago i sold it, my Roland SH-101. With this money i bought an Electribe EA-1 (second hand) a Korg X5 (also second hand and still mint) and the Korg Legacy Collection 1 with the USB-version of the MS20, (the box wasn't so mint, but the controller and CD's were, :D )

Unfortunately, i didn't own a computer to match the KLC-1 so i couldn't install it untill last week. Another misfortune as the previous owner so far, doesn't reply to my messages to make his Korguser-account available for me, so i can register it to this computer. (standalone, not online)
Hopefully he contacts me soon, or i'll be forced to buy a new Legacy Collection and put this box in the attic...

Making music has been in my blood for a very long time. In the past decade i've been a radio-dj for about 7 years and one of the shows i really enjoyed making was the one presenting new movies and releases on video. Mostly because i like filmmusic.

Because the musical taste of the other dj's was very diverse, it opened my world to more genre's and i discovered lots of hidden gems.

Now i'm interested in creating my own gems. I think i've got the basic ingredients already, but i'm always willing to learn, as well as share hints, tips and experience with all of you in these forums.

Hope to hear from you and let myself be heard.

Cheers, Hyper

Thanks John. I feel welcome already. I'm also interested, apart from the O1/Wfd, which instruments or software do you use?

;) See you around, cheers, Hyper

I have some items on board...like Audacity, w/plugs...Kristal...full midi..Anvil w/accesories..several more..

But...I don't use them much...I am too into just playing as I learned long ago...and copy of classical styles..so I sequence..(and don't do as well, I am told, as I would if recorded to Kristal or Audacity by track...).. I really don't much belong here, as a classical musician...but it is such a great place...I keep invading...

Hope you get a lot here!!
