Authorisation HELP!

I've recently upgraded my KLC to KLCAE07. However when I registered this i never received an authorisation code. Now the USB key is asking for this. I've emailed Korg support 3 times now and have never received a reply. I was wondering if anyone on here could help in anyway. I've got a project which is tuck while waiting for this software.

Good luck. I've been trying Korg for awhile for KLC-DE support, and still haven't received any response. My money goes to other software developers now. I still love my Korg sounds, and have numerous Korg hardware instruments/controllers. I was a loyal customer.

I eventually found a phone number for Korg UK support. They gave me an authorisation code but only the Mono/Poly works! They've been trying to sort it out for the past week but no joy yet.

I would suggest calling Korg USA Product Support at (631) 390-8737.
