I dont know if i should post this here but i cant post anything ok karma labs because i just signed up.
I cant get karma software to load. I get a gray background and a black box in the centre of the screen and a bar inside the box with the progress. it progresses about 2% and stops the box goes white then nothing happens.
When i try to exit it says its not responding then ask me if i want to send a windows error report.
I have reinstalled it and its the same. Im using xp
Anyone had this problem?

I'll add a link to your post in Karma Lab so people there (specially Stephen Kay) are aware of your issue.
Rgds.

Hi, we've been corresponding via e-mail, and as you know by now, I have activated your account over at Karma-Lab.
I'll just post here, what I posted there, to keep things neat.
And then let's continue the discussion over there, or via e-mail.
As we have discussed via e-mail, you indicated to me that you have a somewhat "suspicious" installation of Windows where you reinstalled it (previously) but then didn't overwrite the previous folder, and now there are two WINDOWS folders on your drive, and this (to me) sounds like a recipe for conflicts and other problems. There should only be one WINDOWS folder. So anyway, sorry for the hassle, but I agree with your suspicion that you should reinstall Windows and then reinstall the program.
