Hello
What steps should I take to sync my pa2xpro to Cubase Sx . Is that possible?
I tried checking Send clock and Sync to midi in Cubase Transport menu, and then the other way around , trying to set Pa2xpro as a slave , but so far....nothing.
Any help greatly appreciated

Hey Glaucotech, hmmm good question and sorry but I can't answer it! I am also a new owner and I haven't yet managed a pax2pro/garageband sync!!!!! Can I smell the contempt?
Personally, I think I am just too low brow for this site. Maybe you are too  !
I am having some problems with my new unit but GASP, HORROR, it can't be the Korg, "IT JUST CAN'T BE", so I was rather condescendingly treated as a half witted user! But at least I had a reply!
Perhaps if you ate the crutch out of a low flying eagle :D .
Lol, seeya bro, and good luck makin' music.

Syncking the Pa2x with Cubase

Hi there
Syncing the Pa2x with cubase is possible I've done it many times.
Make sure you are sending a midi clock from Cubase to the correct out port. Then On the Pa2x press global buttun-and then midi button .Set the clock source to external. This works .BUT if Korg would make the Pa able to slave to a MTC (Midi time) code that would be a lot preciser.Hopefully it's in the next update.,

I sincerely appreciate your responses. Indeed I was able to sync Pa2xpro and Cubase maintaining Cubas as Master and The Pa as slave. It works in style mode at least . Tried in song mode but I don't believe it's possible. In any case ...no MTC is the deal here.
Thanls again.

I would like to humbly apologise for my attitude and immaturity in a couple of posts on this site. Without making excuses for my behaviour, rest assured I am very grateful for the support and knowledge I have gleaned from these forums. Once again, I'm sorry for being an idiot  , bye, Brian
