loading to a selected user bank

Can anyone tell me how i load sounds into user bank B instead of C.
I have karo dance composer and it origionaly went into user bank B then i loaded it again and its written over what was in user bank C.
So now i have 2 lots of the same user bank but i only want it in bank B.

don't load the pcg file, just open it, select the program bank you want to load and it will ask you where you want to load it
