Mini-KP Used With Mini-Keyboards

Hi. I picked up a KORG mini-KP a few months ago, and I am amazed at how this device has expanded the sonic range of my little rig. For instance, I use my vintage CASIO MT-70 for organ sounds, and have long used the COSM effects on my ROLAND Micro Cube amp to beef up the sound, sort of like a mini-keyboard equivalent to a Hammond organ's Leslie Speaker.
The Micro Cube has three inputs, so I experimented and used the standard output on my MT-70 to run through the main input, which has access to the COSM effects. I then used the MT-70's headphone output, plugged it in and through the mini-KP, and then into one of the Aux In jacks of the Micro Cube.
The results have been great. This technique basically takes the MT 70's sound and creates the equivalent of a layered synth patch, especially with some of the rhythmic mini-KP effects like the Slicers. I can have a fat chorused chord from the COSM input sounding at the same time as it is rhythmically pulsing from the mini-KP.
mini-KP = Amazing!
