Quick Question involving M3's Packaging...

Post by jake88 »

I was just wondering what kind of packaging M3's come in.
Is the module seperate from the Keybed? Are there stickers plastered all over it when you first open it? Is it a gigantic box?

A picture or two would be really nice:) (If anyone still has the box around)

Thanks!

I bought an M3-61 and it came out of the box looking just like the picture on Korg's website.......module attached to keybed.

Same size as other 61-key synths/workstations.

i got also M3-61 in original package, overall box is quite big (almost the measure of the m3 plus about 5-10 cm i guess.

the module was already linked to keybed but in horizontal position, if you want to move the module from horizontal position you have to remove and reapply the module.

in my version (before Xpanded) no sticker was in the package.

You don't have to remove the module to tilt it up......just remove two screws, pull up the brackets underneath, then raise and attach the module to the brackets with the screws.

nevermind..it just arrived! Man this thing is a beast. I got the 88 key model. I can't believe UPS left it @ my house with no Signature. I thought with certain merchandise (like three thousand dollars), they needed a signature. guess not.

I'm excited!!
