Using Sliders As Organ Drawbars In Sequencer Mode...

Post by awatu »

:? Hello...

I'm recording and I have a track devoted to an organ setting ...In program mode I am able to use the sliders as drawbars and make tonal adjustments on the fly just like I do with my Hammond B-3 ...However, when I'm in sequencer mode, the sliders aren't activated as drawbars ...I spoke with a gentleman at Sweetwater that said it's possible to prgram the sliders ...Does anyone know how to do that? ...Thanks, much ...I really appreciate any visibility that you can provide.
Cheers, ...Sman.

In Sequencer and Combi modes, there are separate Tone Adjust setups for each of the 16 tracks. Just set the Control Surface to Tone Adjust, set Tone Adjust to the organ's track (try the TONE ADJUST + button shortcut), and you're set. See page 502 of the latest Parameter Guide PDF (version E5), in 0–9g: Tone Adjust under Sequencer P0: Play/REC, for more info.
