Operating System Issue- any ideas?

I can power the unit on now, but with just a blank blue screen, no info. It's not the LCD contrast; nothing works.
I tried starting up holding down Menu / Exit, then tried Menu / 9 key several times. No dice. Are there any other procedures you know of to restore a Triton Extreme? Thank you for any replies.
I had an issue this morning. I powered up my studio, and a breaker flipped. The strange thing is that my Triton Extreme was on a different power strip, and that power strip still worked. Everything connected to it worked, including my computer when i plugged it in. I use Belkin surge suppressors.
I reset the breaker and everything seems fine. But the strange thing is, my Triton Extreme won't power up. I've tried it upstairs, with different outlets, and a different AC cable.
It tries to power up, there's a flash from the blue touch screen, then stops. Is there a fuse or something like it in this machine?
