Musickey,

In order for us to help you further, please describe what has happened to the keyboard since the last time the audio outputs were working? When was the last time the audio worked correcty?

eg has there ben any thunder an lightning?
have any light bulbs blow in the house?
did you upgrade any software?
did you load any files into the keyboard?

Thanks,
Rob

Hi,

It seems there is a hardware fault. The person who sold it you has an obligation to to provide goods in the condition advertised. If he/she said it was fully working then he/she has an obligation to demonstrate it to you in a fully working condition, or else refund the money yu piad for it.

Best regards,
Rob

Not too fast...Maybe the place can have a look. Sounds like maybe a loose cable? May be something simple inside...if not it's a different story.

In an case Rob is right on...they need to make it right for you or refund ALL $$$.

IMHO,

Hope it works out OK

If u turned it on after an OS update and theres no sound coming, i think its because you loaded the wrong files in the update, it happened to me once because i loaded the musical resources BKP file and not the actuall OS which 127mb the file i loaded was &.

just download the OS update and install it again, then u might get sound, if this is the problem.

cant garuntee this will fix it

good luck

The reason for the failures is that it is a Pa800 with faulty sample ram. It should have been fixed by the previous owner under warranty. You have to return it to the original owner and get your money back.

Regards,
Rob
