Need help loading samples from SD card

Hey guys,
I'm new here, and im a noob on the KP3. This is probably an easy one.. I'm trying to load samples from my SD card onto the KP3. When I select SnpA etc and the pad lights up, click the program button, choose "YES", I just get a message reading "Err"
I have named the wav files correctly.. 01.wav etc
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
