Vocoder on Triton LE

I am wondering if it is possible to do a vocoder effect on the Triton LE. I thought I read somewhere where it is possible but have not found any instructions.

I am unaware of it if there is. I don't believe the TR has a vocoder feature built-in.
If you are using a DAW in a studio and looking to record, you could look into some vocoder plug-ins like Waves Morphoder and use the TR as the MIDI controller adjusting the pitch.

I don't know if the sampling expansion would add this but I believe not. it is achievable in the rest of the triton range (and M3) because they have audio inputs, and the vocoder appears as an insert effect (apparently, I have never tried it).
without the sampling option, the LE/TR has no audio inputs so this would not be possible...

I have the sample feature installed on my TR 61 and have tried to use the audio inputs to find a vocoder effect. It will only allow you to use the IFX bus unfortunately. The on board effects are quite interesting and clear on a voice, but no where near an actual vocoder.

I've acheived some nice vocoder effects on mine, but all the LE ahs been able to do is sample the audio. I have an outboard vocoder effect unit, and as you can't generate a sound on the LE whilst sampling, you need a second keyboard (or guitar) for the carrier signal.
Also... the really annoying thing is, you can't hear a metronome whilst sampling, so the tempo of your vocoding is tricky to get down.
