Hello, I will like to know how do you connetc the mr 1000 to a mic preamp.
Do you used the xlr out of the mic and the jack trs in of the korg without problems of distorsion?

No, you connect a preamp to your recorder using the xlr outputs of your preamp into the xlr inputs of the MR1000(Balanced). (BE SURE TO HAVE PHANTOM OFF ON THE MR1000). Alternatively you can use trs/line outs on the preamp to the (Unbalanced) inputs of the MR1000(combo jacks) You then just connect your mics to the preamp inputs useing phantom power as needed there.
