Loop function:how long

Hi,
im thinkin about buying the kaoss pad MINI but i couldn´t find the right information concerning the loop function that i was looking for.

do you guys know how long a loop can be at the maximum?

How many loops can i run at the same time?

my idea is not to buy a loop station but the mini kp. so i can jam with the pad to some guitar/drum loops.

any help will be appreciated, and please dont kill me if this has been posted before, i used the search function, maybe i skipped something.

max loop is 4 beats and you can only play one loop at a time. i'm curious how exactly do you plan on triggering the loop sampler while playing a guitar?

Well, if it´s only 4 beats long then it won´t work since i planned to make entire backing tracks just with my own loops and effects.

i haven´t thought about that, but normally i´d do it with my feet just like with any other loop pedal. but the kp mini is really small so i might have a little problem there....

normally i´d do it with my feet just like with any other loop pedal

the mini kp doesnt have any midi in n'or does it have a pedal. you can only trigger the loop sampler by touching the pad or pushing the hold button (if you previousely touched the touchpad, as the hold button remembers the last touched position). unless you want to mod your mini (ie. connect a loop pedal to the hold button by opening it up and soldering some wires, if thats possible)...
