Controling Kaoss from external devices

Hello,

I´m trying this amazing thing Kaoss, and by now I have this urgent questions, before I decide to buy it:
1 - can I control my samples from a MIDI external device (e.g. midi keyboard)?
2 - I've read I can use 100 samples with a sd card but, how can I load this several samples, since there are only four buttons? Can I assign a midi note number to witch of those 100 samples?
