Half damper - sustain time

I'm new to the M3. I downloaded and installed the newest Expanded software and the new samples. I copied the Stereo Grand Piano and I want to increase the sustain on my copy. Not a lot but a little. I calibrated the half damper pedal and it works, but I want a little more. Things I have read have said to adjust the AMP EG sustain time. I cannot seem to notice any appreciable change. I'm probably doing something wrong. Has anyone else been down this road?
I would appreciate any help. Just point me in the right direction.
