New X50 owner!

I have received this as an early Fathers Day gift from my family on the condition that I sell my tube guitar amp(!)
Well... it's not that big of a deal. With young kids I rarely got to enjoy the thing and I don't gig. I'm using Waves GTR Solo and having a blast with it at low volumes.
I've noticed a lot of hate on the X50. I'm not quite sure why. Yes, it is a budget instrument based on Korg's older synth engine (that's what helps keep the price down). I knew what it was going in and I am thrilled with it. For the price I couldn't find anything to beat it. I tried the Juno-D and was terribly disappointed.
As for build quality, it isn't the greatest. Again the cost thing, but it should hold up fine. My old Yamaha PSR wasn't any better and it's stood up to 14 years of abuse (including my kids banging on it).
As a side note I did play with the M50. Aside from the metal panel and slightly better keyboard action it's build quality wasn't anything to write home about either.
