Just trying out the HD Volume TWO sounds out this week, and I'm actually playining them direct from the USB at the moment (not having to load them in).
One GREAT sound I've just hit upon, is one i've been looking for in a keyboard since goodness knows. It is "FINGER COMP BASS" (Sound number 106 in USB selection).
played normally, you have a wonderfull clear bass (Fleetwood mac Chains?) hit it a bit harder and it turns into a slap bass, but the best bit (for me), is when you touch the SW 1 Button (Switch one), and get this absolutely brilliant Sliding bass, that is, and must have been very hard to program I would say (sounds like a seperate wave/audio sample), I've had dozens of keyboards in the past but could never get that sound Excellent!, thank you - rest of the sounds are also blow-me-away standard (love the Telly Guitars!:)
Thanks

AnthonyB,
I just played with the FINGER COMP BASS a little also. I reduced the Level of AMP1 down to 48 to even the volume out between Osc1 and Osc2.
Also a neat little ditty is to assign the foot switch to SW1 so you can trigger the slide with the pedal and keep both hands free to play.
Thanks for pointing this one out, it is definately a keeper!

Rick
