Trinitro Help

I recently downloaded Trinitro and registered with as Free User. My MIDI connection seems to be working in both directions and I have Sys Ex enabled. However, when trying to load a PCG or SNG to Trinity, I get message "No Response From Trinity". When I try to load a song from the Trinity to Trinitro, nothing seems to happen. Anyone experience and troubleshoot this before? Thanks in advance for your help.

You may have done this but have you tried switching the cables from the in and out midi ports of the trinity? I had mine wrong and that worked.
Also make sure in the trinity Global page that you have not protected the trinity from accessing midi dump or something like that.
