Okay Problem solved, at least for me
I have also the nativeKontrol pKC Series installed for my padKontrol and the virtual Midi Ports seem to have caused the problem.
uninstalled and reinstalled that and everything works fine again.

Hi, you need to enable all midi options in the device, they are disabled as default. Here one nice man made simple tutorial:

Just enable all midi options and is working fine with Win7.
Same with editor - all must be enabled in the unit to make connection between PC and unit.
