Post by shahab »

Hi all,

could someone give me a brief explanation how this EC5 pedal works?
What sort of stuff can I assign to it? Can you give me some examples please?

Thanks Pete,

Can I set BPM (metronome) to any of them? I have a problem to change the tempo of a playing style quickly, would that pedal help?

Yes you can

Not exately Metronome but very good.
Go into Global / Controllers and in the lower line EC5.
Assign one of the five switches you want to use for this operation.
On the first side you can find the TAP-TEMPO function
I have just tryed it, and it works perfect

Good luck

Hi Shahab,

I've had my EC5 for almost eight years - use it mostly as a damper pedal, plus some other functions. Do yourself a favour. It'll be the best $80 you'll ever spend.

I am looking for one of these EC5 pedals and here in Australia no dealers seem to have them.

Any idea who has these in stock where i can buy one?

Hi mate,

I bought it from Billy Hyde music store in Perth. Actually, they didn't have it in stock and their Brisbane shop had, I put a deposit and they sent it from there to here.
I think if you ask these guys at Billy Hyde to bring one for you would do.
There was one on eBay at that stage when I was looking for too; I'm not sure if you can still find it.

Please let me know how you go.
