I recently got a Kaossilator and really dig it. I was wondering if its possible to hook it up to my Mbox 2 through the S/PDIF spot and record on my ProTools. I tried hooking it up already to the S/PDIF spot and i changed the clock source to S/PDIF to, but i couldnt get anything. Can anyone help me???

You're doing it wrong. Wrong hole. S/PDIF inputs are only for connecting to S/PDIF outputs, which is a digital audio data connection, which the Kaossilator doesn't have. Your MBOX has stereo audio inputs. You need to use those.
